Dear Colleagues,
This is ORA’s annual reminder regarding the University’s scheduled holiday closings and the need for timely proposal submissions. The University will be closed for the holidays on Thursday, November 27, 2025, and Friday, November 28, 2025, and again from Thursday, December 25, 2025, through Thursday, January 1, 2026.
In order to ensure submission of endorsed proposals to the sponsor before each holiday break, the deadlines for proposal submissions to the Office of Research Administration (ORA) are as follows:

Any proposals which are submitted to ORA later than the above schedule may run the risk of not being reviewed, approved, and submitted through the University’s routing process by the sponsor’s deadline date. Please share this information with faculty and staff within your departments.
