Sponsored Research Handbook

The Sponsored Research Handbook contains most of the policies and procedures that relate to sponsored research, service, and training at the University of Maryland, College Park. It covers the development of proposals, review of proposals, submission of proposals soliciting external support, and the establishment and administration of sponsored project accounts.

The purpose of this handbook is to guide the user through the necessary steps and to provide the rules regulations that apply when submitting a proposal or administering a grant, and is intended primarily for the faculty and administrators of the College Park campus.
